Update to return policy effective 1st September 2024 

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.  For any items made custom to customers requirements there is no return option. These items are custom and therefore cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Faults need to be reported within 7 days of recieving the item and upon discussion with management we will decide if it is a valid point and whether a refund is legitimate.Shipping costs for all returns are the customer's responsibility. We will refund the cost of goods only.

All Custom scarves are $150 retail. Please be advised Wholesale customers will have a price increase on custom scarves Jan 1 2025 ( information will be sent privately)
